Smoothie alle Prugne della California e frutti di bosco

Ingredienti

1 banana
150 ml succo Prugne della California
150 ml di latte intero
100 g frutti di bosco: mirtilli, lamponi, more, ribes ecc

Procedimento

Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore. Versarne una parte in un bicchiere e conservare il resto nel frigorifero.

Decorare a piacere il proprio smoothie con pezzetti di Prugne della California e frutti di bosco freschi.
